We were all up and out by 8:30A.M. Of course we had to do our OCD routine and that would be to empty our bladder a few times before we get out the door. Seattle’s Best Coffee is off the living hook. We can not seem to get enough of it. When I started to write this journal I was coming from the view point of mountains, cliffs, over hangs, and ledges. Speaking about my driving skills, you should see the streets in Astoria. They go straight up on a ninety degree angle. Nancy would not let me park on the street in fear that it would roll back and land in Astoria’s bay. Then we would be swimming with the real ugly fish. Speaking of fish…….. Astoria’s Sea Lions ain’t nothing to write home about. Their big, fat, lazy Blobs. What a life…Laying around all day dictating who can come on the dock and who can not. Imagine groups of people waiting to go to their boats and can’t because the Sea Lions will not let them pass. Yes they are endangered species and they hold a lot of clout but come on they have way too much power. As the kids were trying to see how much control these Sea Lions have I was sneaking off to see if I could find the house This trip is great. I am have the time of my life. I don’t care if the Sea Lions have that much control or if the fish out here are real ugly. I am on an adventure! Barbara French |
