painting my unfinished heart

In disbelief as it is day ten today, wondering what this day will become for me. The Lovato family awaits us to be there for a special person that I really inspired by Anthony. Today is a really special day for everybody else of this group, especially on his birthday.

day 10 group picPondering straight to his place, picked him up to Tent Rocks Monument where his heart locked into the land of creation had given us to thrive and lived this land. His hands led to a mountain which leaves us to the understanding of his family’s heritage. However, we take the influence of his wisdom into us that we might carry within us. My heart was painting a little bit better into a beautiful piece of art. As he showed us the way in and out of the mountain, we finally attained to his family’s home for a dinner. Salutation was bloomed as several family members introduced themselves to us. Again, my heart was adding little more of the enhancement of red.

Food was situated in a long wooden table as we sat together while we started to eat. Everybody else began to eat whatever we wanted which it was very nice. Especially the salad of peanuts, broccoli, grapes, and the special kind of sauce which I love very much did ease my barking stomach. We were so grateful to those who cooked for the dinner and invited us to celebrate Anthony’s special day. My heart became hearty and the bigger kind of art.

butterflyBy the moment, his day has been sung by a birthday song from us and blown the candles by himself. There, we had several conversations and sort of into shopping with their craftsmanship of jewelry. Some brought their jewelry which I was drooling to buy some. However, the flight suitcase fee shook my head to save some of my bucks to pay for the fee. Anyhow, Jerilyn gave me a heartwarming gift for me. I was in the state of shock when the butterfly pin colors’ sparkling as she handed it to me. My heart just grew even bigger and it was painted so red completely. It was the greatest gift I ever had because it was her possession to give me a butterfly pin in which a butterfly always had been my favorite!

Honestly, today is the best day I ever had because it is just special day for us. I wanted to say thanks to several people… Thank you Jerilyn for giving me the best present ever! Thank you Anthony to open my mind of knowledge and paint my heart completely! Thank you for letting us to stay in the campus of New Mexico for the Deaf. Thank you for making a very delicious dinner for us Mary! Also thank you to Santo Domingo Pueblo to make us to feel like ‘family’.  All I wanted to say “Thanks!”
