Great wonders of Santa Fe

Here we are, chilling in the living room and thinking at some point as the some plans changed for a purpose of Santa Fe. However, we restored some of our permanent plan which was Rodeo de Santa Fe and preliminary exploration some where in Santa Fe. The Poland Ladies: Anne, Nancy, and Barbra tried to juggle things that can complete into our santa fe streetschedule for today. Actually, there was some surprise visitors who came in to introduce themselves. The Cabbage family was greeted first with our staff then start to greet us. Of course, we introduced ourselves and presented a small and simple explanation about our trip in New Mexico. They both were little familiar about it and presented their New Mexico School for the Deaf’s life. We concluded our conversations with good byes and little helpful advice about what to do in Santa Fe.

A while later, a woman visitor entered into our place, and gave a very warm greeting to Barbra French and Nancy Zurek because they somehow knew her from ASD. She was a former student from ASD. So it’s a small world to meet her here and luckily we know her through them. Laughter and liveliness spread widely between the old friends as we waited to GET GOING!

At last, we left our place and off to the rural area of Santa Fe. Blown away as my eyes were mesmerized by every line and shape in the pottery store where some Indian tribes’ hand made pottery are placed. Small spherical pots decorated with little black blocks all over, some animals emerged from their clay beds as the art blended together, making me kevin and narelis smilewant to buy it so badly. Unfortunately, I was unable to afford to buy any because it would cost me 650 dollars for that extravagant pottery! Whenever I come back here again, I would acquire the same pottery for sure!

After our exploration in Santa Fe, we were ready to go see the rodeo nearby in Santa Fe. Barbra and Anne took a momentary look for a parking space with no pay, but we got lost trying to follow the directions to their friend’s house. Luckily, we found parking on the street for nothing better than paying 5 dollars to park in the rodeo! Finally we found seats and the show began. So, pretty much what we saw was catching, wrestling, and riding with animals such as sheep, bulls, and horses. The show did NOT catch my interest and I became antsy. After the lengthy show, we left the rodeo at last and arrived home! That’s all I really care about today! However, the rodeo somehow is interesting especially with their culture and pride. That kind of pride to represent their pride and culture touched my heart to open about my own heritage and pride.

So it was good way to end the night, eating our dinner and went to bed to save our energy for tomorrow. Gracias a Dios hoy fue un bonito dia!
