The Good, the bad…

Blue skied overall beyond us, waiting for some one else to show up, joined our mini adventure trip to the new world ahead of us. Parents gave their best love and wishes to the kids filled with excitement and adventure. Finally, we are ready to go On the Road to New Mexico!

Everything went smoothly in the airport safety and inspection in order to go through LaGuardia airport to Dallas airport. One of the flight attendants grinned respectfully towards me and pointed along the way into the airport. My body emerged into a burst of energy and was empowered as well as others on the long three hours trip to the Lone Star state, which is known as Texas. We felt famished who wanting to have a proper meal. However, we were served with beverages. Still, it wasn’t enough for us to keep up during the trip. Luckily, Caesar offered his variety of choices of snacks for us to eat! Yep, eating Oreos, Butterfingers, and Raisinettes! Unfortunately, I had to sit next Caesar to get the chance to eat like a pig!

The window of airplane lured me to look down and everywhere I saw is like arid and very few sign of plants. It makes me realize why Ms. Zurek isn’t really attracted to the landscape of Texas. Anyways, we finally reached our second destination: Dallas airport. There, our own money was well spent on food to feed our tummies before we are ready to go into another plane to New Mexico. Instead, we were waiting for 4 hours to get on the airplane! I was little frustrated but Caesar kept me a good talk company. Yippee, here we are, New Mexico!

Our luggage packed full in our rental van, traveling to New Mexico School for the Deaf to stay there for 10 days. So, it’s a quite long day for us because we have been traveling about 15 hours to get there in New Mexico from Connecticut. Everybody was like so exhausted and went to bed quickly. Hoping that we will have good day to start for tomorrow!
