New Mexico Adventure

Hello everybody, we are on the road to Santa Fe, New Mexico. We were very excited to go Santa Fe, New Mexico and this is my first time go to the west. It is my first time to On The Road to Santa Fe, New Mexico.

We were in the bus and arrived in the airport at LaGuardia, New York and Anne Nutt went to the machine to pick up the airport tickets. We paid each baggage for $15 dollars and we dropped off the baggage in the area. We showed the passport or state id and airport ticket to the airport staff because they want to make sure and many rigorous rules there :(

We arrived at the airplane and arrived to Dallas. We bought food in the food court and Chinese food which tasted different in Texas because Mexican people made Chinese food. We waited a few hours to arrived to Albuquerque but what happened with the plane engine was broken down and we waited for another pilot. We saw CNN news on TV and it still talked about Michael Jackson died at 50 yrs old. I bought 1 newspaper to read in the airplane and we finally arrived to Albuquerque.

When we arrived to Albuquerque and there was different kind style of furniture in the airport and I saw some Native American statues, arts and crafts. We got our baggage and went to Budget to rent the van. Cesar and I helped put the baggage in the van and we looked out of the window, there were tons of very bright stars. We finally arrived to NMSD and we are very exhausted and we went to sleep in our room.

I was very excited to go New Mexico and learn about history, culture, language, environment, tradition and also I want more improve about grammar in the English class. I can’t wait to learn adventures about Native American’s art and craft and natural materials to make pueblo.
