After everyone used the restroom we went to look for a bus to take us to the park. It took a while to figure out which bus would take us there, but we finally got aboard and headed out. We arrived at the park; we took our noon photo and went to wash our On the way we saw the National AIDS Memorial park and we took a look. It was beautiful; there were dedications that were made to all the people that had AIDS in SF and nearby. It was so touching because there was this circle where it had all the names of the people who had AIDS and it was called the circle of friends. Also, while we were leaving this area, there was this old couple. The man was in a wheelchair and the lady picked him up out of the wheelchair and put his arms around her and they started dancing. Nutt, Nancy, and Charise started to cry, they said that was true love. Wow, I thought. When we were finished with the AIDS Park, we continued to the Japanese Garden. When we got there, we can see one of the palaces that they had there. When we got inside, we started to look around at the different After that, we walked down Haight Street and saw the street that most of the hippies were at in SF in the 1960’s. There was so much color and different style of clothing. Everything was fascinating. We got back on the bus and took the BART back to Fremont. Then we walked back to CSD and started on our journals.
